AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

At Wyatt Wylde, we want to ensure you love the items you purchase.  If you have changed your mind we will happily exchange your item, or refund your original method of payment provided that: 

  • You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  • Goods are in saleable condition
  • Goods are unworn, unused, unstained and not washed
  • Goods have the original tags attached
  • The original invoice is included with the returned garment's
  • A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)
  • Email us  to expect a delivery

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Wyatt Wylde reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.

Please note all sale and promotional items are final. Exchanges are available on sizing and colour depending on availability.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

Afterpay orders are only eligible for an exchange. Our company policy and systems do not support refunds with Afterpay purchases.

Afterpay is a separate entity, any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly.

RETURNING AN ITEM

if you wish to return or exchange an item(s), you can return the item(s) via Australia post within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We recommend obtaining a tracking number at your local post office. This provides us proof, if any issues were to arise with your return

Please note, your item(s) must meet our on-line refund and exchange policy to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges include complimentary shipping when being sent back to you and are subject to stock availability.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer full refunds but the return shipping cost rests with the customer.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 10 days after delivery and simply follow the following steps:

  1. Email us order number, the item(s) being returned and reason for return plus tracking number
  2. You must return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services so we can track your item. WYATT WYLDE is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

 

Please make sure that:

  • Goods are in saleable condition
  • Goods are unworn, unused, unstained and not washed
  • Goods have the original tags attached
  • The original invoice is included with the returned garment's

Please note, unfortunately we cannot process international exchanges. We are looking to improve this for our customers in the future and apologies for any inconvenience.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. Refunds can take several business days to reflect depending on the original payment provider. We can only refund against the original payment provider that you used in the order.

Sales items and Afterpay orders are only eligible for an exchange and subject to stock availability.

Please note that the above change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.
